Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize responsive WordPress themes using Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and Sass
• Convert UI/UX designs (Figma/Adobe XD/etc.) into high-quality, clean, and maintainable front-end co
• Work with PHP-based WordPress templates, theme files, and hooks to integrate frontend with backend
• Enhance user experience with JavaScript and jQuery interactions
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and cross-browser/device compatibility
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and content teams
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers as needed
• Maintain version control using Git and follow modern development workflows

Skill & Abilities:

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Deep experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and Sass/SCSS
• Proven track record of building custom WordPress themes (from scratch)
• Good understanding of WordPress template hierarchy, hooks, and functions
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Familiarity with Git and modern frontend tooling (npm, Webpack, etc.)
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, SEO best practices, and performance optimization
