Hiring: Architect-Level Full Stack Developer (AI Bots & AI Models Expert)

We are looking for a senior, architect-level Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in AI Bots, AI Models, and large-scale system architecture.
This role is strictly for professionals with 10+ years of real-world experience.
Junior or mid-level candidates (2–5 years experience) should NOT apply.

This position requires hands-on coding, AI system design, and technical leadership. You will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling production-grade AI-driven platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own enterprise-level system architecture
• Build, scale, and maintain AI Bots and AI-powered applications
• Architect and integrate AI models (LLMs, automation pipelines, agents) into production
• Lead backend development using Python
• Develop modern, scalable frontends using React / Next.js / Vue
• Design and optimize REST APIs, microservices, and data pipelines
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and reliability
• Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor senior developers
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and leadership teams
• Take full ownership of end-to-end technical solutions

Required Skills (Must Have – Non-Negotiable)

• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong Python expertise (backend + AI/ML integration)
• Proven experience building AI Bots / AI Agents / AI Automation systems
• Hands-on experience with AI Models / LLMs / prompt systems / pipelines
• Advanced JavaScript knowledge (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar)
• Architect-level system design experience (large-scale systems)
• REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems
• Strong database skills (SQL & NoSQL)
• Cloud platforms: AWS / GCP / Azure
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, production deployments

Nice to Have

• DevOps experience (Docker, Kubernetes)
• SaaS product architecture experience
• Performance optimization & high-traffic scalability
• Technical Architect / Team Lead background

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Architect-level thinker with hands-on coding skills

• Can design systems from idea → production → scale
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience working on complex, large-scale platforms
• Comfortable making high-impact technical decisions
