Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Architect & Build: Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and Python.
• Problem Solve: Tackle complex challenges with clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Own Features: Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our founding team, engineers, and designers to create impactful solutions.
• Mentor: Support and guide junior developers to raise the team’s technical excellence.
• Innovate: Contribute to improving engineering practices and product architecture.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and/or Python.
• Proficiency with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong public portfolio.
