Shift Timing: 12pm-9pm

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who can lead development projects, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality, scalable applications. The ideal candidate is strong in both frontend and backend technologies, understands best practices, and can mentor junior developers while driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of web applications
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Build responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and security
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams
• Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and databases
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in sprint planning, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in: Frontend: React.js
• Backend: / PHP /Laravel, Python (customize as needed)(MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Hands-on with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead projects independent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
