Senior Full Stack Developer

Job description:

We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience who will lead development tasks, and join client calls to help us win and deliver projects.

Skills Needed (In Detail):

• Python (FastAPI, Django): For backend services and API development
• Node.js: To handle backend logic, APIs, and integrations
• React.js / Vue.js / Angular: For building user-friendly web interfaces
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS: Strong command of frontend fundamentals
• AWS / Azure: Experience deploying apps, using cloud storage, and working with services like EC2, Lambda, S3, or Azure App Services
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Git: Comfortable with version control and collaboration workflows
• Bonus: Docker, CI/CD, microservices experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of client projects
• Join client calls to discuss technical work and give updates
• Guide and support junior developers
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
• Take ownership of project planning and execution

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of professional experience in full stack development
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Comfortable joining client calls and explaining technical details
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure
• Ability to lead a small team and manage tasks efficiently
