The Role

We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer to help us build and ship end-to-end product experiences across web, mobile, backend, and AI services . You’ll collaborate closely with mobile and backend teams to integrate intelligent workflows into our platform, and you’ll contribute directly to core product features—from UI to APIs to production infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Full-stack product development: Build user-facing experiences and backend systems that support AI-powered learning flows.
• Backend & APIs: Design and maintain REST/GraphQL services and microservices (Python/FastAPI, Node/TypeScript, or similar).
• AI integration: Integrate LLM/SLM-powered features (tutoring, content generation, Q&A) into web and Flutter applications.
• Service orchestration: Build robust service layers that expose AI functionality with strong observability, rate-limiting, and reliability.
• Data & retrieval: Implement and optimize RAG pipelines (agentic RAG, Graph RAG), vector search, and evaluation workflows.
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Own CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, and scalable deployments (Docker/Kubernetes on AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with product and design to define requirements, deliver polished features, and iterate quickly.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Full-stack experience: 2+ years shipping production features across frontend + backend.
• Backend strength: Strong experience building REST/GraphQL APIs , microservices, and secure service architectures.
• Frontend proficiency: Experience with React / Next.js / Svelte (or similar) and building clean, responsive UIs.
• AI-enabled systems: Hands-on experience integrating LLM/SLM capabilities into real products (agents, RAG, tool calling, evals).
• Retrieval & agents: Familiar with Agentic RAG , Graph RAG , MCP frameworks , and A2A protocol concepts .
• DevOps & Cloud: CI/CD + Docker + Kubernetes + cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure or BaaS platforms).
• Engineering fundamentals: Data structures, algorithms, Git, testing, debugging, and secure coding practices.
• Proof of shipping: At least one publicly available product/app you’ve built or significantly contributed to.

Nice to Have

• Flutter experience (mobile integrations).
• Strong Python experience (FastAPI/Flask) and/or TypeScript/Node ecosystem depth.
• Familiarity with fine-tuning and RL concepts (policies, trajectories, reward/return).
• Ability to learn fast, work iteratively, and thrive in a high-ownership startup environment.
