Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a hands-on contributor, building and maintaining the core infrastructure of our web applications using Node.js and React. While this is primarily a development role, you will act as a senior figure within the team—mentoring junior developers, ensuring code quality, and working closely with Account Managers (AMs) to ensure we stick to client timelines. You will also be the technical bridge for our clients, assisting with integrations and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Stack Development:

• Backend: Design and develop APIs using NestJS and Node.js. Implement data access logic utilizing PostgreSQL and TypeORM with a focus on performance.

• Frontend: Build responsive user interfaces using React.js. Translate UI/UX requirements into feasible technical implementations.

• Cloud & Infra: Deploy and manage scalable solutions using AWS. Ensure application security and data integrity.

2. Client Integration & Solutions:

• Client communication: Hop on calls with clients to assist with setting up integrations and troubleshooting configuration issues.

• Solutions: Investigate technical issues within client environments and provide effective solutions or workarounds in real-time.

3. Mentorship & Delivery

• Guidance: Mentor junior developers, helping them unblock issues and grow their technical skills.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers (AMs) and internal stakeholders to define technical feasibility.

• Timeline Management: Ensure you and the developers you guide stick to committed delivery timelines for client projects.

• Quality Control: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Technical Must Haves:

• Frontend: Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).In-depth knowledge of Node.js, NestJS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Backend: In-depth knowledge of Node.js and NestJS framework.

• Database: Strong command of PostgreSQL and SQL (complex queries, optimization).

• Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS services.

• Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be fully comfortable speaking with clients and external partners, articulating complex technical concepts clearly, and managing expectations professionally.

Good to Have (Bonus points):

• Real time applications: Experience building chat applications or features using WebSockets or Socket.io.with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Observability: Experience setting up monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Sentry, New Relic, OpenTelemetry) to track app health and debug production issues.

• MarTech Tools: Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
