Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key hands-on role in designing,

developing, building, and scaling our financial web applications.

You will work across the full technology stack—backend, frontend, and DevOps—while

contributing to architectural decisions and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure

solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET (v4 -> v8), PHP

• Modernize legacy application to from a monolithic into Micro-services.

• Modernize legacy applications using modern technology using primarily Golang and

NodeJS, or latest dotnet

• Develop With some more small backoffice exposure to PHP, Python and scripts-

based application.

• Build responsive user interfaces using React and Angular.

• Work end-to-end across backend, frontend, and deployments.

• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

• Mentor junior engineers while remaining hands-on.

• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.

• Responsible on leading developer teams, key persons to tackle all tech issues, blocker

and architecture of every developers.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 6+ years of hands-on full stack development experience.

• Strong experience with .NET, React, and Angular.

• Knowledge of Golang and NodeJS.

• Experience with CI/CD and deployment.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fintech or high-transaction platform experience.

• Startup or fast-paced environment experience
