Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications. This role requires strong technical expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver robust solutions that support growth and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Build and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
• Front-End Engineering: Develop responsive user interfaces with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back-End Engineering: Implement APIs and services using Node.js, .NET, or Java.
• Database Management: Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud Integration: Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentorship: Guide junior developers and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of full-stack development experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of development frameworks and GCC digital environments.
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, modern front-end frameworks, and back-end technologies.
• Experience with cloud-native applications and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: KD1,100.000 - KD1,600.000 per month
