Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java and Oracle technologies to design, develop, and enhance enterprise grade ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across front-end and back-end layers, with a solid background in ERP systems and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java technologies and modern front-end frameworks • Build and enhance ERP modules aligned with business processes (procurement, warehouse, finance) • Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations (REST/SOAP) • Customize and extend Oracle ERP components (EBS / Fusion / Cloud) • Design and optimize Oracle database objects (PL/SQL, queries, procedures) • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions • Integrate ERP systems with enterprise platforms and applications • Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications • Participate in full SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment, support) • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior developers • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field • 5-8+ years of experience in software and enterprise application development • Strong experience with Java / J2EE / Spring Boot • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture • Proficiency in Oracle technologies (SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, APEX) • Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle ERP, SAP, or similar) • Front-end experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks such as Angular/React) • Knowledge of database design and performance tuning • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
