Senior Full-Stack Developer (Flutter & Laravel Expert)

If you do not have extensive experience in both Flutter (Mobile) and Laravel (Back-end/API), please do not apply. About the Role

MMG PVT LTD is expanding its software ecosystem. While we have a dedicated Desktop team, we are looking for a powerhouse developer to lead the creation and maintenance of our Medical Software Mobile Applications (Android & iOS).

You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle: from crafting the Flutter UI to building the Laravel APIs and managing the database. You must be a multi-tasker capable of handling the front-end, back-end, and eventually assisting with desktop model development.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile Leadership: Build and deploy high-performance Android & iOS applications using Flutter.
• Full-Stack Ownership: Design and manage the Laravel PHP back-end and develop robust RESTful APIs to sync mobile apps with our central systems.
• Medical Software Integration: Translate complex medical workflows into intuitive mobile interfaces.
• Front-end Excellence: Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure a seamless user experience.
• System Synergy: Work alongside our Desktop Application team to understand existing codebases and ensure cross-platform compatibility.
• Feature Innovation: Implement AI-based solutions and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) for medical data processing.

Technical Skills Required

• Flutter Expert: Deep knowledge of state management, platform-specific integrations, and App Store/Play Store deployment.
• Laravel/PHP Pro: Mastery of MVC architecture, Eloquent ORM, and secure API development.
• Database Management: Advanced MySQL skills for handling complex medical data.
• Full-Stack Basics: Expert-level HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Version Control: Expert use of Git.

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven professional development experience.
