Senior Full Stack Developer-GenAi

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Full Stack Developer with strong Generative AI (GenAI) exposure to lead cross-functional teams and build scalable, high-performance, AI-powered applications. This role requires a balance of hands-on development, technical leadership, and architectural decision-making.

Location: Onsite – Johar Town, Lahore

Experience: 5–8 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full stack developers
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications with GenAI integration
• Architect and implement AI-powered features using LLMs and AI APIs
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best development practices
• Drive technical decision-making and guide the team through complex problem-solving
• Oversee deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure
• Required Skills & Expertise:
• Full Stack Development: Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend and backend technologies
• Generative AI: Practical exposure to LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-driven workflows
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deployment and scalability
• Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and microservices architecture
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
