Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN)

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Take ownership of end-to-end product development and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions
• Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and best practices
• Mentor junior developers and support the growth of the engineering team
• Explore and experiment with advanced technologies (C++/ML) to enhance product capabilities

What We Want

• 5–6 years of strong, hands-on experience with the MERN stack
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), system design, and performance optimization
• Experience building and scaling web applications in production environments
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment
• Good to Have:
• Knowledge of C++
• Exposure to Machine Learning (ML)
