Senior Full Stack Developer (Next.js / Node.js)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using Next.js and Node.js. The ideal candidate will take ownership of features, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers while delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using Next.js, React, and Node.js
• Implement SSR, SSG, and ISR in Next.js for optimal performance and SEO
• Build secure, scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js / Express
• Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Lead code reviews and enforce best coding practices
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Participate in system design and architectural discussions
• Ensure high code quality through testing and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development
• Strong expertise in Next.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Solid experience with RESTful API development
• Strong database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL)
• Experience with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth)
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of web security best practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
