Position Overview:

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading development teams, driving end-to-end technical delivery, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, management skills, and communication abilities, particularly in client-facing interactions, demos, and pre-sales engagements.

You will lead initiatives across AI Engineering, Web & Mobile Development, and emerging AI Automation technologies while mentoring developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary development team (Web, Mobile, and AI).
• Conduct client meetings, demos, and pre-sale technical discussions to understand business needs and propose solutions.
• Oversee architecture design, code reviews, and project delivery to ensure scalability and quality.
• Implement and manage AI engineering, automation, and model training initiatives.
• Guide projects based on MEAN/MERN stack technologies and integrate AI-driven features.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and QA teams for seamless execution.
• Utilize agile project management methodologies for efficient sprint planning and tracking.
• Ensure all development aligns with best practices in performance, security, and maintainability.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks in AI, cloud, and full-stack development.
