Location: Remote – Pakistan
Employment Type: Full-time | 40 hours/week | 2-year contract
Compensation: Negotiable (PKR) + milestone bonuses + advisory equity (vesting at contract completion)
Reporting To: Country Lead – Pakistan
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

About the Role

Prime Care Medical Group PC is expanding its technology division in Pakistan. We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead to drive end-to-end development of healthcare and retail platforms. The role covers architecture, technical leadership, and delivery across full-stack solutions, including AI/ML, AR/VR, vector imaging, and embedded EMR modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver full-stack solutions (backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, frontend UI/UX).
• Integrate AI/ML, AR/VR, imaging, and EMR/CRM modules.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and security/compliance (HIPAA/GDPR).
• Mentor and coordinate support staff (QA, UI, DevOps).
• Drive on-time releases and maintain high technical standards.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years in senior/lead roles.
• Proficient in Node.js / Python / React / Next.js / SQL / NoSQL / REST / GraphQL.
• Proven track record in delivering end-to-end software solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare, retail, AR/VR, or AI/ML platforms.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/GDPR and medical data standards.
• Experience mentoring or leading development teams.
