Senior Full Stack Development Manager

Job Summary:
Kipsma Digital Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Development Manager to lead end-to-end software development across web and digital platforms. This role is responsible for managing full-stack engineering teams, overseeing system architecture, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. What you'll do:

• Lead full-stack development teams across web and application projects
• Define system architecture, technical standards, and development frameworks
• Oversee frontend and backend development lifecycle from design to deployment
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of digital applications
• Manage agile development processes, sprint planning, and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Review code quality and enforce best engineering practices
• Manage APIs, databases, and cloud-based application infrastructure
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration strategies
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance

Requirements:

• Experience in full-stack software development and technical leadership roles
• Strong proficiency in frontend (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.)
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API development
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience managing agile development teams and product delivery cycles
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
• Strong system design and architectural thinking skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Pay: KD2,800.000 - KD5,000.000 per month
