🚀 Role Overview

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to design and implement scalable, data-driven web applications with a strong focus on real-time telemetry, analytics dashboards, and AI agentic automation.

You will work across both the frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Python/FastAPI microservices) , integrating databases, APIs, and data pipelines that power IoT, analytics, and decision-intelligence use cases.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy FastAPI-based microservices handling ingestion, normalization, analytics, and AI agent logic.
• Build and maintain Next.js/Tailwind dashboards for operational monitoring, energy/ROI tracking, or performance insights.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL/TimescaleDB schemas for time-series and asset data.
• Use Redis Streams or message queues for asynchronous agent-to-agent communication.
• Implement clean, modular APIs for frontend and external system integration.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and data engineers to ensure usability and scalability.
• Implement authentication, logging, and performance monitoring .
• Contribute to deployment and automation using Docker, Compose, or CI/CD pipelines .

Frontend

• React / Next.js / TypeScript
• Tailwind CSS / Material UI
• Data visualization (Recharts, D3.js, or Three.js)

Backend

• Python (3.10+) / FastAPI
• PostgreSQL / TimescaleDB
• Redis Streams / PubSub
• Async programming (asyncio, asyncpg)
• REST API & WebSocket design
• Docker / Compose

General

• Git / GitHub workflow
• Basic testing and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
• English communication and documentation skills

💡 Preferred Experience

• Real-time or IoT data integration
• Building digital-twin or telemetry dashboards
• Familiarity with AI agent orchestration or ML-powered automation
• Knowledge of DevOps or cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Working in agile, cross-functional teams
