Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who’s deeply hands-on and thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments — someone who can architect, code, and mentor in equal measure. You’ll work across multiple client projects (web apps, streaming platforms, dashboards, etc.) and lead a small team of 3–4 engineers, ensuring delivery excellence and technical quality across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of multiple projects simultaneously — from architecture to deployment.
• Write clean, modular, and high-performance code across Node.js, Express, React/Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Manage and mentor a small team of engineers (3–4), conducting code reviews and guiding technical direction.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, DevOps, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to technical architecture, CI/CD setup, and cloud deployments (AWS / Vercel / Render / Cloudflare).
• Work on reusable libraries and components for internal and client products.
• Participate in sprint planning, client calls, and internal reviews — owning accountability for deliverables.
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and integration issues across backend and frontend.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Agency or consulting background preferred — ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, React/Next.js, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL (Postgres, MongoDB).
• Strong understanding of modern architecture patterns (microservices, monorepo, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with AWS, Cloudflare, Docker, and basic DevOps workflows.
• Prior team leadership experience managing 2–5 developers.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and communication skills.
• Must be open to relocating or working from Mumbai.
• Experience with Prisma and Redis

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Ticketing and high transaction platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile and client-facing project delivery.

Pay: From ₹1,800,000.00 per year
