The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help design, build, and evolve the core systems that power our collaborative social advertising platform. You’ll work across the stack, from polished, performant user interfaces to scalable, cloud-native backend services.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and DevOps to ship features that delight users and perform at scale. We’re particularly interested in engineers who are curious about AI-assisted development and how emerging AI tools can improve productivity, code quality, and innovation speed across the stack.

You’ll be joining a highly experienced engineering team, with all members having at least 14 years of experience delivering software in a wide range of backgrounds, from startups to global SaaS and adtech platforms. You’ll work alongside seasoned peers who value collaboration, mentorship, and innovation as we enter the next chapter of Tiger Pistol’s growth.

What You’ll Do

• Build, maintain, and scale front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design and implement back-end services and APIs using C# and .NET Core.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, data-driven user experiences.
• Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and reliability.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to streamline workflow, documentation, and testing.
• Help build the future of our AI-powered product features, including content generation and campaign insights.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technology choices, and development best practices.
• Mentor teammates, review code, and champion engineering excellence.

• Back-End: C#, .NET Core, REST
• Database: PostgreSQL, Redis, Clickhouse
• Infrastructure: Azure, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps
• Bonus: AI SDKs, vector databases, or prompt engineering experience

About You

• 8+ years of full-stack or backend-focused engineering experience in SaaS environments.
• Strong in React and TypeScript, and equally comfortable building and optimizing APIs.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud architecture (Azure preferred).
• Interest or hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools for development or product enhancement.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, valuing clarity and curiosity over ego.
