About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead end-to-end development of production-grade applications. You will work directly with leadership, own architecture decisions, and build high-impact systems including a real-time fintech platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack applications (React + Node.js)
• Architect scalable systems for real-time, data-heavy applications
• Develop and manage PostgreSQL databases
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines & deployments
• Work with Linux servers, cloud, and on-prem environments
• Collaborate with design team (Figma → production UI)
• Integrate third-party systems (APIs, trading systems, etc.)
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) in development
• Own code in production (debugging, performance, improvements)
• Mentor junior engineers

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong expertise in React & Node.js
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL (queries, indexing, schema design)
• Experience building scalable, multi-user applications
• Hands-on with CI/CD, deployments, and system design
• Comfortable with Linux, APIs, and system integrations
• Strong communication & ownership mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech / trading platforms
• Experience with React Native or mobile apps
• Exposure to AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI, etc.)
• Experience with low-latency systems
