Senior Full Stack Engineer / Team Lead

We are building an intelligent appointment and management SaaS platform for the North American market, empowering spas and salons with booking, payments, AI customer service, and automated marketing. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead our Chinese team and collaborate closely with our US-based team.

Highlights

• Lead architecture design and code reviews, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery
• Contribute to both backend (Node.js, Postgres, Redis/BullMQ) and frontend (React) development
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and system operations, ensuring stability and scalability
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering an international and agile development culture
• Collaborate across time zones with the US technical team to drive product iterations

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with Node.js, Postgres, Redis, React
• Proven experience designing and scaling SaaS platforms (multi-tenant, high-concurrency, microservices preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills (task allocation, progress tracking, code quality control)
• Proficient English communication skills for cross-border technical collaboration
• Familiarity with React Native architecture and release process, able to provide guidance in technical decision-making

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience integrating payment gateways (e.g., Stripe) and communication services (e.g., Twilio, SendGrid)
• Background in internationalization (i18n) and multi-time-zone support
• Knowledge of AWS / Azure deployment and DevOps best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
