Senior Full Stack JavaScript Developer

Jaspi is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to own end-to-end features across our AI hiring platform. You’ll design scalable services, ship high-quality features, and drive technical decisions that power modern, customer-facing products. If you enjoy ownership, tackling complex problems, and working in lean teams, this role offers real impact and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end features across Next.js frontends and Nest.js services using TypeScript.
• Architect, implement, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs.
• Own deployments and infrastructure automation on AWS with best practices.
• Improve performance, reliability, security, and test coverage across the stack.

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of building production web applications with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and NestJS in production environments.
• Proven track record with microservices, REST, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Practical AWS deployment experience and CI/CD workflows.
• Have a  product mindset : you care about user experience as much as code quality
