Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer - (7+ Years of Experience)

Work Model: Onsite

Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt.

Experience: 7+ Years of Relevant Experience.

Note: Only candidates based in Egypt and within a commuting distance of Nasr City will be considered.

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who can design and develop robust software solutions, contribute to technical decision-making, and help drive the delivery of impactful healthcare products that improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core, Angular, and PostgreSQL to deliver reliable and scalable healthcare software solutions.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services to support seamless system integrations and data exchange.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend features to improve the customer experience and product usability.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain system performance.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and system security to support a growing customer base and business needs.
• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices to maintain high development standards across the team.
• Mentor and support junior developers to strengthen team capability and technical excellence.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and efficient system maintenance.
• Collaborate with Product, QC, Support, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business requirements and customer needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, Angular, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git, unit testing, and code reviews.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, and secure coding practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.
