About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack WordPress Developer with strong expertise in PHP and Laravel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining advanced WordPress websites, custom themes, plugins, and API integrations. You will also lead and mentor a small team of 3 junior developers, ensuring high-quality code and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize WordPress websites, including themes and plugins.

Work on backend development using PHP and Laravel frameworks.
Optimize websites for speed, security, and performance.
Handle API integrations, third-party services, and payment gateways.
Lead a team of 3 junior developers and ensure coding standards.
Collaborate with designers, QA, and project managers for smooth project execution.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress and PHP development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in WordPress development.

Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3.

• Experience with custom WordPress themes and plugin development.

Familiarity with REST APIs, AJAX, and third-party integrations.
Understanding of OOP principles, MVC architecture, and design patterns.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication skills (will be attending client meetings).
Leadership experience in managing small teams.

Nice to Have:

➤ Experience with React/Vue.js or modern front-end frameworks.
➤ Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
➤ Familiarity with version control (Git) and deployment processes.

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to relocate to Faisalabad for onsite work.

Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM.
Commitment: Candidate must sign a 1.5 to 2-year agreement with the company.
