Senior Fullstack MERN Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Full Stack MERN Developer to lead our dynamic team in Lahore. As a senior member, you will oversee the entire development lifecycle, from designing and building sophisticated web applications to ensuring their seamless deployment and maintenance. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and onsite work options.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Mentor and collaborate with designers, developers, and clients.
• Build and integrate reusable components.
• Implement robust testing strategies and practices.
• Oversee and contribute to the deployment and CI/CD pipeline.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies, and advocate for best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Full Stack MERN Developer (5+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Proficient in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
• Advanced experience with React.js and related libraries (Next.js).
• In-depth knowledge of SQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Experience with maps and algorithms (e.g., Google Maps, Leaflet, spatial data structures).
• Passion for building elegant and user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Prior experience in a senior or lead developer role.
