Senior Game Developer (Creative Builds & Playable Ads)

Ankara, Turkey

We’re currently looking for a passionate Senior Game Developer to join our marketing team at Hypermonk Games. Your role will involve various aspects of game development, from creating scalable gameplay systems to building engaging playables and creative video builds for marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with our team of developers, marketing artists, and growth to create experiences millions enjoy worldwide.

What you will be doing:

  • Developing creative builds and playable ads for our games
  • Preparing custom Unity builds for marketing creatives and video production
  • Implementing and iterating on gameplay mechanics
  • Building reusable systems and modular pipelines to be used across multiple projects
  • Creating variations of existing builds for HTML5 playables and video ads
  • Writing well-structured, clean, reusable, and efficient code to a high standard


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of professional experience with Unity
  • Strong programming skills in C#
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong analytical and practical problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to generate and implement gameplay ideas and features
  • Solid command of OOP programming
  • Mastery of animation, UI, prefab, and particle systems in Unity
  • Excellent understanding of game programming patterns, software architecture design, optimization, and SOLID principles
  • Hands-on experience with Luna (or similar platforms) for developing and exporting HTML5 playable ads
  • Experience preparing Unity builds tailored for creative video production
  • Ability to design scalable systems and pipelines supporting multiple variations of a single build
