Senior General Manager

The Senior General Manager will lead overall business operations and commercial growth for a globally recognized high-end audio manufacturer. This role combines full operational accountability with responsibility for expanding sales channels, strengthening dealer and distributor partnerships, and safeguarding the company's premium brand and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership for day-to-day operations including manufacturing, logistics, customer service, and administration.
  • Ensure efficient production planning, inventory management, and consistent on-time delivery of products.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies across dealer networks, distributors, and direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage dealer, retail, and distribution partnerships while expanding both online and offline sales presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, engineering, and finance to align operations with commercial objectives.
  • Oversee supply chain, procurement, and vendor relationships while maintaining audiophile-grade quality standards and craftsmanship.
  • Own financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, KPIs, and profitability, while reporting key metrics to executive leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in general management, operations, and business development roles.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through dealer networks, distribution partnerships, and multi-channel sales strategies.
  • Experience in high-end consumer products, electronics, or luxury goods environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and quality control systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive both operational excellence and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Solid financial acumen with hands-on experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
