Senior Geotechnical Design Engineer – Soil Improvement Works

Tendering & Proposals

Independently prepare technical proposals with optimal soil improvement solutions for tender submissions.

Attend tender clarification meetings with the Business Development team and present solutions directly to clients or main contractors.

Design & Project Delivery

Prepare geotechnical design reports for ongoing and newly awarded projects.

Coordinate and close comments with consultants to ensure timely approvals.

Deliver high-quality design solutions using soil improvement methods such as Vibrocompaction, Vibro Replacement (Stone Columns), Dynamic Compaction, PVD, and others.

Team Leadership

Guide, supervise, and mentor junior geotechnical engineers in daily design activities.

Provide technical direction and review junior engineers’ outputs for quality and accuracy.

Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with the Technical Manager, ensuring tasks are completed with quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Perform under pressure while meeting tight deadlines and project demands.
