Salary:Up to 50,000 EGP/month

Project-Based Rate:15K–20K EGP/module (depending on scope & expertise)

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and performant backend code using Go (GoLang) for enterprise-grade projects.
• Writing modular, well-tested code for high-performance APIs and microservices
• Contributing to system design and architectural decisions
• Leverage concurrency patterns and optimization techniques to handle massive data efficiently.
• Write unit-tested code with 85%+ test coverage
• Create and maintain technical documentation (GoDoc, sequence diagrams, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues in a timely manner.
  
  

What You'll Need

• 5+ years as a software engineer, 2+ year working with Go in production.
• Solid understanding of Go core concepts, syntax, and best practices.
• Experience with concurrency patterns and concepts (CSP, Pipeline, Fan-Out / Fan-In, goroutines, channels, mutexes) for efficient asynchronous tasks.
• In-depth understanding of Go performance optimization techniques (profiling, memory management) for large datasets.
• Familiarity with advanced Go features like reflect, generics and unsafe package.
• Experience writing comprehensive unit tests and integration tests to achieve a minimum of 85% code coverage.
• Proficient in designing efficient NoSQL data models (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
• Experience with containerization and Docker.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservice architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and Docker-based development

• Experience with gRPC and Protobuf 3.0
• Experience in Enterprise-Grade / Data Intensive applications.
• Experience with Linux command line and scripting.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform services (GCP)
