Full Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Google Ads Expert with strong experience managing high-budget PPC campaigns for international clients. The ideal candidate must be highly analytical, performance-driven, and experienced in leading and mentoring PPC team members.

Position Overview
This role is designed for a Google Ads specialist skilled in building, scaling, and optimizing campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, and YouTube. You will be responsible for performance management, growth strategy, and communication with international (US/UK/CA) clients.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, Quality Score, CPA, and ROAS
  • Create compelling ad copies, ad extensions, and creatives
  • Execute A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot drops
  • Prepare weekly and monthly PPC reports
  • Identify scaling opportunities and optimization gaps
  • Present insights and strategies directly to clients

Strategy Development

  • Build effective PPC strategies aligned with client KPIs
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features and trends
  • Provide recommendations for landing page and funnel improvements

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor 2–4 junior PPC team members
  • Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and optimization guidance
  • Ensure team campaigns maintain quality, accuracy, and target achievement
  • Help establish and improve internal PPC processes and best practices

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience
  • Leadership or team lead experience in a PPC-focused role
  • Experience managing high-budget client accounts
  • Strong command of Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube Ads
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Experience working with international (US/UK) markets
  • Strong analytical and optimization capabilities

Skills

  • Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
  • Strong keyword, bidding, and audience strategy skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns quickly
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and reporting tools
  • Target-driven, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset

Working Hours
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PKT), Monday to Friday
Location
Lahore (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
