Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert with deep technical knowledge, proven experience in running performance-driven campaigns, and the ability to generate high-quality sales, leads, and inbound calls. The ideal candidate must have a strong background working with IT companies, digital products, e-commerce stores, and service-based businesses.
You should be able to manage large budgets, diagnose technical issues, improve campaign efficiency, and consistently deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Build, optimize, and scale high-performing campaigns focusing on both sales and service-based lead generation.
- Deep expertise in:
- Keyword Quality Score optimization
- Ad Rank & Auction Insights analysis
- Bidding strategies: TCPA, TROAS, Max Conversions, Enhanced CPC
- Search Term analysis & negative keyword segmentation
- Ad relevance and landing page experience improvements
- Manage and optimize Performance Max campaigns with structured asset groups.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, Tag Manager, and custom event setup.
- Run technical audits for:
- Conversion attribution
- Tracking discrepancies
- Low-quality traffic issues
- Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and audience strategies.
- Build sales funnels and lead-gen flows to improve quality call generation and purchase conversions.
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Develop and execute advanced Meta Ads strategies for e-commerce and service-based clients.
- Expertise in:
- Detailed audience segmentation
- Interest + Lookalike layering
- Retargeting sequences
- CAPI (Conversions API) integration & troubleshooting
- Pixel setup, diagnostics, and event prioritization
- Ability to create full-funnel campaign structures (TOF, MOF, BOF).
- Run experiments and creative testing for CTR and ROAS improvement.
- Combat ad fatigue, frequency issues, and audience overlap to maintain campaign efficiency.
- Work closely with design teams for ad creative briefs and landing page improvements.
Technical Skills Required
- Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Video, Shopping preferred)
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager for event setup & debugging
- Working knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, and common landing page tools
- Strong data analysis skills using:
- Looker Studio
- Excel/Sheets
- Reporting dashboards
- Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles
- Ability to manage $10,000–$100,000+ monthly ad spend across platforms
- Skilled in attribution modeling, data-driven decisions, and forecasting
Qualifications
- 4+ years of in-depth experience running Google & Meta Ads
- Proven track record in scaling campaigns for IT services, SaaS, and E-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, funnels, and landing page performance
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced agency/IT environment
