Senior Government Relations Officer / PRO/Mandoob / minimum 5 years experience

It is mandatory to have knowledge in processing Gate Passes ; Company establishment and work with Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Business and Commerce (different departments ).

Language: Arabic and English (fluent)

Responsibilities: You must maintain a high level of mental agility and versatility in order to ensure timely deliverables. You foster a strong social network of professionals in Doha in order to improve our client’s wait time. You have strong communication skills and maintain transparency in the work you process.

• Support Account Managers with executing on client requests.
• Ensure client documentation gets processed as needed.
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Keep up to date with computer processes used to facilitate and provide client services.
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Oversee operational planning, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with Qatari laws and regulations.
• Set PROs schedules and administrate their time to deliver on client expectations.
• Work with management to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
• Ensure operational excellence is achieved.
• Support worker communication with the management team.
• Make sure that mistakes are identified fast, transparently and tackled to avoid reoccurrence.
• Manage the operational team and ensure their work satisfaction.
• Train the operation team as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
