Key Responsibilities
- Manage and issue electronic employment contracts and ensure timely approvals.
- Process profession change requests, visa issuance, and transfer of services.
- Monitor and maintain Saudization (Nitaqat) status and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
- Ensure proper establishment and branch data alignment within Qiwa
- Register, update, and deregister employees promptly.
- Validate monthly contribution files and resolve discrepancies between payroll and GOSI.
- Track and report changes in SANED, occupational hazard rates, and contribution percentages.
- Manage Iqama issuance, renewal, final exit, and re-entry visas.
- Update employee residency details and ensure accuracy in passport and visa records.
- Monitor alerts and resolve discrepancies across Muqeem and internal systems
- Manage attestation of company letters, contracts, and documentation.
- Ensure timely renewal of Chamber membership for all CRs.
- Coordinate with departments to issue and attest employee and corporate letters.
- Ensure compliance across Absher, Balady, Mudad, ZATCA, Taqat, and other platforms.
- Resolve compliance issues, penalties, and system mismatches.
- Maintain updated records of all company CRs, licenses, and regulatory registrations
- Provide guidance to employees on government-related procedures.
- Ensure timely processing of Iqama renewals, contract updates, and other requests
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and analytical reports for government relations KPIs (Saudization percentage, visa balance, GOSI contributions, Iqama expiry tracking, etc.).
- Perform large-scale data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation across platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, SAP, or HRMS).
- Demonstrate strong capability in managing high-volume workforce data (5,000 to 30,000 employees) with precision and accuracy.
- Conduct trend analysis, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to improve compliance and system alignment.
- Support audits by providing clean, accurate, and well-structured datasets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Public Administration, or any related field
- 4-6+ years of experience in Government Relations within Saudi Arabia.
- Advanced proficiency in Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Chamber of Commerce, and related platforms
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience handling large datasets (5,000-30,000 employees)
- Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent skills in Excel, reporting tools, and HR systems.
- Strong communication in English and Arabic.
