Overview of the role

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead end-to-end visual designs across marketing touch points. You’ll own concepts from brief to final delivery, help Jr. GDs and work with other marketing team members to ship high-impact creatives that’s consistent, on-brand, and performance-driven. Report directly to Graphic Design Lead.

What you’ll do

• Translate briefs and business goals into strong concepts, storyboards and final assets
• Create visually appealing designs for various marketing channels including digital and print media
• Collaborate with the team to develop design concepts
• Ensure all designs are in compliance with brand guidelines
• Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels
• Keep up to date with design trends and techniques
• Ability to work with AI tools
• Provide design support for Jr. GDs
• Ability to create motion graphics is a big plus

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience as a graphic designer
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)
• knowledge of design principles, typography and color theory
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly
• Strong time management skills & ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of digital & social media platforms design requirements
• Experience in print production requirements
• Fluent in English
