Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs. This role requires proficiency in industry-standard design software and a portfolio that demonstrates a range of creative projects.

• Lead the conceptualization and design of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and website elements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute design strategies that align with company goals.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver designs that exceed their expectations.
• Good understanding of client work requests, revisions and the ability to take responsibility to execute them
• Create concept ideas from scratch for client visual options.
• Present creative ideas for discussion and coordination with the Content Team
• Able to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or similar setting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for design and a strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
