Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Branding

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital, print, packaging, and catalogues.
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
• Create impactful visuals for websites, e-commerce platforms, social media campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and offline marketing materials.
• Innovate and experiment with modern design trends while keeping the brand identity intact.

Catalogue Management & E-commerce Design

• Design and manage detailed product catalogues (digital and print) with accurate product images, specifications, and layouts.
• Oversee cataloguing for e-commerce platforms (Amazon & eBay), ensuring product listings are visually appealing, accurate, and optimized.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to maintain up-to-date catalogues for seasonal launches, promotional campaigns, and product updates.
• Ensure catalogues are aligned with brand strategy and customer experience standards.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Content, Product, and Sales to translate business needs into creative solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, setting priorities and deadlines.
• Review, critique, and approve design work to maintain a high standard of creativity and quality.

Project Management

• Plan, organize, and execute design projects from concept to final delivery.
• Work closely with external vendors, photographers, and printers when required.
• Maintain design assets, resources, and libraries for efficient workflow.
• Ensure timely project delivery while adhering to budget and brand requirements.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and proficiency in tools like CorelDraw, Figma, Canva, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, branding, and catalogue design.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
• Experience in cataloguing and e-commerce product listing design.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills with the ability to guide a creative team.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, digital marketing, and UI/UX fundamentals (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design.
• Knowledge of SEO-driven design for e-commerce catalogues.
• Photography or product styling skills for cataloguing.
• Prior experience in an agency or e-commerce company.
