About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong design expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to deliver visually compelling work that aligns with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects across digital, print, and branding platforms.
• Conceptualize and create designs for marketing campaigns, product packaging, and digital assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams.
• Mentor and guide junior designers to enhance team performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovative design practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual identity, and campaign design.
• Excellent eye for detail, typography, and layout.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Graphic design: 2 years (Preferred)
