Senior Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute product packaging & labels that align with brand identity and market trends.
• Develop creative and innovative logo designs that capture brand essence and uniqueness.
• Create visually appealing and functional menu designs tailored for restaurants, cafes, and hospitality businesses.
• Ensure all designs maintain consistency in brand guidelines, typography, and color schemes.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Prepare design mockups, prototypes, and final production files with accuracy.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to deliver impactful designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Guide and mentor junior designers in design best practices and creative problem-solving.
• Ensure print-ready artwork meets industry standards, quality checks, and vendor requirements.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest design tools, techniques, and industry innovations.

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Strong expertise in product packaging & labels design, logo design, and menu design (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW, etc.).
• Solid understanding of print production processes and file preparation.
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail, aesthetics, and layout precision.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for design pitches and client interactions.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple deadlines effectively.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional design experience in the required scope.
• Candidates with a strong, attractive portfolio showcasing relevant work will be given preference.
• Must clear technical design rounds and an HR interview round for final selection.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
