About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience in digital agency environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating visually compelling designs across digital platforms, leading design projects, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute design projects from concept to delivery across digital platforms (social media, websites, campaigns, branding).
• Develop creative visual assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to create engaging and innovative designs.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.
• Translate client requirements into compelling visuals with high attention to detail.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in the digital space.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with mandatory digital agency experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in designing for social media campaigns, websites, emailers, and digital ads.
• Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and bring them to life with innovation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and branding work.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
• Familiarity with Figma or other design collaboration tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for design feasibility.

Looking for Immediate joiner, 10-20 days notice period will be fine.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,700.82 - ₹45,123.97 per month
