Senior Graphic Designer

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Senior Graphic Designer , you’ll be a key creative force — transforming briefs into compelling visual solutions, leading by example, and pushing creative boundaries. You’ll manage projects across industries, support and mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver work that meets company’s high standards of excellence.

SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design high-quality branding, digital, print, and marketing materials.
• Translate client briefs into creative, strategic, and visually impactful concepts.
• Adapt designs across multiple formats while ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the Design Lead, content creators, and account managers to align visuals with messaging.
• Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorming and creative sessions.
• Guide and support junior designers with feedback and technical know-how.
• Balance multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality.
• Maintain organized files and systematic asset management.
• Communicate proactively with project managers on timelines and progress.
• Deliver consistent, accurate, detail-oriented work while embracing feedback.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within Saudi and regional markets.
• Experiment with new techniques and technologies to elevate creative output.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5+ years of professional design experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• A strong portfolio across branding, social media, digital, print, and campaigns.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong ability to balance creativity with client objectives.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong time management skills and ability to perform under pressure.
