Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 6–7 years of proven design experience across digital and print mediums. The ideal candidate will have strong creative instincts, the ability to translate briefs into visually compelling designs, and proven leadership skills to guide and mentor junior designers.

This role requires someone who can balance creativity with strategy, ensuring that all design output is aligned with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative projects including brand identity, social media campaigns, digital content, and print design.

* Manage, mentor, and provide guidance to junior designers and interns, ensuring quality and consistency in all design deliverables.

* Collaborate closely with account managers, marketing, and content teams to deliver designs that meet campaign objectives.

* Review, refine, and approve design work, maintaining high creative standards across the team.

* Translate client briefs into engaging visuals while respecting timelines and brand requirements.

* Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

* Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices, integrating them into the team’s workflow.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).

* 6–7 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise across branding, digital media, and print.

* Prior experience in a team management or senior design role is highly desirable.

* Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

* Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
