Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute design projects across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing compelling visuals that align with brand strategy, support marketing goals, and elevate the overall visual identity of the organization. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to mentor junior designers while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and digital teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to final execution across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling campaigns, product launches, social media content, and email marketing assets.
• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and design best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), and other relevant tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in brand development and creative storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
