Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Designer to join our creative team in Calicut. As the Senior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing a wide range of creative assets across both offline and digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand identity that drives customer engagement

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visually stunning designs for all marketing channels, including in-store signage, print advertisements, flyers, brochures, and promotional banners.
• Develop engaging digital assets for our website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and online ad campaigns.
• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to translate marketing objectives into effective design strategies.
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative guidance and feedback. Uphold and evolve the Grand Hypermarkets brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
• Work closely with print vendors and other external partners to ensure high-quality production of offline materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both offline (print) and digital design.
• Proven experience in a retail, advertising agency, or in-house marketing team environment is highly desirable.
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles for both print and web.
• Experience designing for large-format retail displays as well as for various social media platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast paced setting.
