We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can bring stories to life through visuals, motion, and design aesthetics that drive engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for social media, websites, campaigns, and ad creatives.
• Lead visual design direction for brands, collaborating closely with marketing, video, and UI/UX teams.
• Create visually striking campaign assets — static, motion, and 3D graphics.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, color theory, and motion innovations.
• Mentor junior designers and oversee quality output across campaigns.

Required Skills & Tools

Design Tools

• Adobe Creative Cloud Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign
• Figma or Adobe XD (for UI/UX design)
• Canva Pro (for quick design iterations)
• Blender or Cinema 4D (for 3D graphic and animation work)
• DaVinci Resolve (for video color correction)
• Midjourney, Runway ML, or Adobe Firefly (for AI-driven creative generation)
• CapCut, VN, or Motion Canvas (for short-form social video editing)

Knowledge & Expertise

• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color psychology.
• Awareness of brand communication and ad campaign design.
• Motion design and video editing for reels, shorts, and ads.
• Experience in designing performance marketing creatives (Meta, Google, LinkedIn ads).
• Understanding of digital trends, meme design, and influencer marketing graphics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in a fast-paced creative or marketing agency.
• A strong portfolio showcasing social media, branding, and campaign work.
