Position: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Hybrid - 3 days office,4 days WFH

Responsibilities:

Design Engaging Visual Content: Create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

Tailor Designs to Client Needs: Collaborate closely with the marketing team and clients to understand their brand identity, objectives, and target audience, and translate this knowledge into effective visual solutions.

Develop Branding Assets: Design brand identity elements such as logos, color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines that align with clients' visions and resonate with their audience.

Produce Marketing Collateral: Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement.

Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of emerging design trends, tools, and techniques in graphic design, social media, and digital marketing, and apply them creatively to elevate our clients' online presence.

Manage Multiple Projects: Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing design work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other graphic design and video editing software.

Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts visually.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Prior experience working in the architecture, real estate, or interior design industry is a plus.
