Position Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the visual design process from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate with our marketing, development, and content teams to create high-quality, compelling visuals that align with our clients’ brand identities and project goals. This is a full-time on-site position requiring creativity, leadership, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the design of branding, digital campaigns, social media content, print materials, and UI/UX layouts.
• Develop creative concepts and visual strategies aligned with client briefs and marketing objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring design consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, developers, and account managers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and technologies.
• Present creative ideas and design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a design or creative agency setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience with Figma or other UI/UX design tools is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
