Responsibilities-
- Design visually appealing graphics for various digital materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the Content Team to develop creative concepts and execute design solutions that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Utilize a keen understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and web design principles to produce high-quality designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design techniques and strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines to ensure timely delivery of design assets.
Requirements-
- 2-6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout composition, typography, and colour theory.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field (optional but preferred).
- Familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
