We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, exceptional design skills, and the ability to lead visual projects from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate with marketing, branding, and digital teams to create impactful visuals that elevate our brand and connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design engaging graphics for digital, print, and social media campaigns.
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all channels.
• Lead design projects and mentor junior designers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content) to deliver high-quality creative assets.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, banners, social media posts, web layouts, and presentations.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).
• Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX, or video editing is a plus.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Leadership or mentorship experience in a creative team.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or Sketch.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media.
