The Role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual direction and drive design excellence across projects. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on creator who’s passionate about branding, thrives in a collaborative environment, and knows how to elevate visuals into experiences.

You’ll work closely with our creative director, brand strategists, and marketing team to turn ideas into powerful visual systems — from brand identities and campaign assets to web interfaces and high-impact presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of brand identity projects — from concept to execution
• Translate strategy, archetypes, and belief systems into visual storytelling
• Mentor and guide junior designers, review design outputs, and ensure quality control
• Collaborate with strategists and content teams to align visual work with brand intent
• Create high-quality designs for digital, print, packaging, and motion
• Push visual innovation and uphold consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Stay ahead of design trends, tech, and visual communication methods

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional design experience (agency or brand-side)
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout design, and campaign work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw)
• Experience with brand systems, visual identity kits, typography, and grids
• Excellent visual and conceptual thinking
• Ability to manage timelines, prioritize, and lead design projects independently
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback

Bonus Points

• Experience with Canva, After Effects, or motion design
• UI/UX understanding or web layout design
• Exposure to brand strategy, semiotics, or design thinking processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
